(This recipe serves 8)

2 boxes frozen niblet corn
6 t. sugar
one cup whipping cream (1/2 pint)
pinch cayenne pepper
one cup milk (8 oz.)
2 T melted butter
1 t. salt
2 T flour
t. Accent

Thaw corn for about 30 minutes if you have time. Mixes better.
Put all ingredients except butter & flour into a pan.
Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Blend butter & flour, then mix w/other and let thicken.

Can be served as it is or put in oven w/ 1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese or bread crumbs on top.

When in a hurry, add the cheese to the mixture in the pot, stir till it melts, and serve.
Note: Doubled for RV group of 17 people... Had very little left
