Holiday Jello Salad by Kathy Brede

Dissolve one small package of cherry Jello, and ½ cup of sugar in 1 ½ cup boiling water. Chill the mixture while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

1 cup finely chopped celery

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 oz. package of cranberries, frozen and chopped

1 orange, peeled and chopped

Mix all of the prepared ingredients with the Jello mixture. Chill until set.
