Sherry Moran's Beef Tips & Gravy

1 can of Campbell's Golden of Mushroom Soup

1 Can of Campbell's Beefy Mushroom Soup

1 Can of Campbells French Onion Spoup

1/4 - 1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs (e.g. Progresso)
(Adjust amount for preferred thickness)

2-3 Pounds of IN-EXPENSIVE Beef
(You don't need a high cost, roast-type, beef)
(After 8 hours in the crock pot, it'll all taste great !)


Cut the beef into bite size or sugar cube size chunks and put into a Crock Pot.

Open the Campbell's soups and pour them (undiluted) into the Crock Pot with the beef.

Add the bread crumbs and mix everything together well.

Set heat control knob to Medium and cook for 8 hours (or so).

That's It !

Serve over rice or mashed potatoes

Takes about 5 minutes to prepare and makes about 10 servings.

These beef tips and gravy are GREAT over Rice, Noodles, Baked or Mashed Potatoes.

If you can't eat it all at once, put a serving (a cup or so) into a Zip-Lock bag and freeze it.

Take it to your campout, thaw it, heat it, serve it and enjoy it !
